“We spent 3 hours with Roger in Origin Coffee Bar one Saturday afternoon for a smash-and-grab-barista training session which we’d privately arranged. My husband is a coffee lover and I thought this would make a good gift for him. Ding Dong! Count the brownie points! He LOVED IT! We had an amazing tour through the entire coffee experience from bean to cup and my husband learnt just a fraction of Roger’s vast knowledge on coffee production, processing and coffee making. It was the best 3 hours of any Saturday afternoon. Intense, interesting, hilarious and educational. Oh and the coffee Roger knocked out is superior to any we’ve had before.”
“Highly recommend the coffee training! I did a level 3 course. Roger is very particular in making the perfect coffee and that’s definitely the kind of training you want. You get a chance to practise heaps while your there too. Thanks Roger and Daniel – Amanda Pugh”
